Higher Realm; Walk On Water

Jesus sent forth his disciples.

More like saying, go ahead of me I will meet you later. He then went to be alone by Himself.

At the fourth watch, Jesus began to approach the boat walking on water. The boat was being beaten all night by the waves. In other words, there was a storm so the boat was struggling through a journey that should have been long completed.

Jesus approached them on the same wavy waters walking on it and even made to pass by them and continue walking to the other side.

In other words, they would have come to meet him at their destination hours later.

Jesus was on that water on a different reality. He was operating a system different from that the disciples were operating for they hadn’t yet come into Jesus’s reality; into the system by which He operated.

But one man took a step and tasted that reality. His name Peter; …if that is you bid me come. For a moment, Peter forgot about the wave that had been troubling their boat out of a hunger for a reality that wasn’t his own reality at the time and he got it. Jesus bid him come.

The other disciples helped him into the water (or maybe he excitedly jumped into the water) and instead of sinking, he stayed afloat and walked on the same troubled water to meet Jesus. Men don’t float on water. Only dead bodies have the ability to floats on water because his entire system has been bloated (filled) with the reality that surrounds him; the water.

The reality of a natural man is different from the reality of a believer because the reality of a believer in the reality of Christ. The system that enable Peter to walk on water was different. It was a superior system.

As believers, the original purpose of God for us wasn’t to be saved so that we can remain in the reality from which we have been delivered so that we can enter into a new reality.

So Paul wrote in his letter to the Galatians; who has bewitched you? Are you so foolish to have begun in Christ and now seek to be made perfect by the flesh. The call is for us to move progressively from where salvation met us, further into a new reality.

Don’t remain here.

Stop being comfortable with everything you see around you. We must look beyond the physical pressing into the spiritual. We live in this world but we are not of this world. We live in this world howbeit through a superior system that can only be delivered to us through continual yielding to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

That is the system that overcomes the world in you and me. You have allowed too much of the systems of this world to permeate your system and now I hear Him say; PURGE YOURSELF. How do you purge? By coming again to the feet of the savior. Break your alabaster at His feet son and stay there. Mary stayed there and learned. Stay and Wait.
